Terms of Use for Currency Tally

Last updated: August 2026

By downloading or using Currency Tally ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Apple devices, for your own personal use, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

Exchange Rate Data

Currency Tally displays exchange rates from a third-party data provider. Rates may be delayed, approximate, or occasionally unavailable, and are provided for general informational purposes only. Do not rely on them for financial, legal, tax, or other decisions where accuracy is critical — always verify current rates through your bank or a financial institution before acting on them.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including reliance on any exchange rate or calculation it displays.

Purchases

Currency Tally is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its own terms and policies, not by us directly.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
